Succession Planning
Succession Planning enables you to track positions where succession is critical to the future well-being of the organisation and evaluate and select candidates to succeed the identified positions. User-defined succession requirements can be set up and gap analysis performed on potential candidates so that they can be developed and evaluated by these criteria to close gaps identified.
Cultivate Promising Talent
This module is linked to the Performance Management module in that employees identified as possessing leadership abilities can be set up as potential candidates. The module allows you to rate the candidates and to recommend various options (training, acting experience (on the job training) so that candidates will be fully qualified for the positions to be succeeded.
