The system can maintain tables on training facilities (in-house & external), locations and programs, can track and maintain training requests by source (Needs Assessment, Manager/Supervisor Request, Performance Appraisals, Recruitment, Succession), can maintain information on training programs, modules, content, schedules and costs, generate and create and track training schedules.
HRplus also supports integration with online LMS tool, TalentLMS. Other integrations can be performed on request
